Shipping and Handling / International Orders

You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and a valid phone number or email address. If a product is returned to us because you did not provide accurate shipping information, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges or other fees that may be applied to the return of the product or its reshipment.

 

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any orders refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, for orders that cannot be delivered due to an address error, or for orders seized by customs.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

International shipping rates vary depending on the total weight of the package and the final destination. Prices listed on our website do not include customs duties, insurance fees, tariffs or value added taxes (VAT), sales taxes or other international costs/taxes. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

If you place an order for shipment to an international address, you will be responsible for payment of VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and other similar taxes, duties or fees attributable to such orders. These taxes, duties and fees, if imposed, are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package, who will be charged by the local customs office. We suggest that you check with your local customs office to determine what documentation you may need before placing your order.
